Mountain View Regional Hospital and Clinics are pleased to announce the
hiring of Ms. Renee Schroyer as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ms. Schroyer
has worked for Mountain View Regional Hospital and Clinic as the Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) since May of 2016, and was promoted to the position
of CEO on January 20, 2017. “Since arriving at Mountain View, Ms.
Schroyer has displayed professionalism, poise, great leadership and team
building capabilities. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to Mountain
View Regional Hospital and the Casper community since joining our organization
last summer”, says Chairman of the Board of Directors, Thomas Kopitnik, MD.
Renee Schroyer has proven success in the areas of performance and project
management, leadership development and process improvement, and has been
working in the healthcare field for over 25 years, previously working
for National Surgical Healthcare, as both CFO and CEO. The board and staff
at Mountain View Regional Hospital and Clinic look forward to Renee’s
leadership, and will offer full support to her in her new role as CEO.

Renee Schroyer has her bachelor’s degree from Texas A & M, her
MBA from California State University in Long Beach and holds a CPA license.
She is excited about continuing to provide the highest quality healthcare
and supporting the staff and team at Mountain View Regional Hospital as
they continue to serve the patients of Wyoming. Renee is passionate about
her family and is an outdoor enthusiast; appreciating everything that
nature has to offer. Wyoming feels like home to her and Mountain View
welcomes her as she leads them forward as CEO.
