Mountain View Regional Hospital is the premiere neurosurgical and spine hospital in Casper, Wyoming, and the Rocky Mountain region. Opening in May 2008, Mountain View Regional Hospital offers neurological, neurosurgical, pain management, and imaging services.

Mountain View Regional Hospital treats individuals suffering from back and neck pain; those with brain and neurological disorders—such as brain tumors, aneurysms or stroke—and those who have experienced trauma or accidents, child or adult, insured or uninsured.
