Human Resource Generalist

Maintains and enhances the organizations human resources by assisting the HR Manager in planning, implementing and evaluation employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Works directly with Recruiter to establish a recruiting , testing and interviewing program

Job Duties:

  • Administers FMLA
  • Coordinates orientation and training programs
  • Prepares Workforce Grants for the Hospital and Clinic
  • Assists in creating a total performance management system
  • Accomplishes other related results as needed

Neuro and Ortho Surgical Technologist

Currently seeking full-time Certified Surgical Technologists with experience in Neurological and Orthopedic procedures.

ICU Registered Nurse

Delivers nursing care to a population of post surgical/medical patients

Requirements:

  • 12 hour shifts + call
  • Previous Critical Care/ICU or telemetry experience prefered
  • Previous medical, neuro, surgical nursing experience (minimum 1 year) preferred
  • Current BLS with ACLS/PALS required within first six months of employment
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with others
  • Minimum Requirements include RN Licensure in Wyoming and 1-3 years previous critical care experience (monitored unit)

Respiratory Therapist

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible to maintain a broad knowledge of respiratory care theory, principles and applications. This broad knowledge coupled with clinical, technical, administrative, communicative and outcome monitoring skills will be used to provide delivery of effective respiratory care for patients. This person will also be responsible to enhance the respiratory care knowledge and skill levels of Cardiopulmonary Services, Nursing and other allied health personnel.

Job Duties:

  • Perform breathing treatments
  • EKG’s
  • Arterial blood gases
  • Manage oxygen therapy
  • Evaluate and treat patients per respiratory protocol
  • Manage mechanical ventilators per physician orders or by protocol
  • Respond to code blue, and rapid responses
  • BIPAP/CPAP therapy
  • Deliver prescribed oxygen and aerosol therapy
  • Monitor pulse oximetry for oxygen titration

May function in critical care once competency has been demonstrated.

Qualifications:

  • Current WY RRT License or CRT License
  • Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care program
  • Current BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certification (able to obtain with 3 months of hire)
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year clinical experience in respiratory care in a hospital setting
  • Broad knowledge in pediatric through geriatric respiratory care to include therapeutics and diagnostics
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Clinical Review Coordinator

The Clinical Review Coordinator will work with our Pre-Authorization department to obtain authorizations from insurance companies for procedures that require a clinical review.

Job Duties:

  • Call insurance companies
  • Submit clinical reviews required for authorizations
  • Work in conjunction with insurance company clinical authorization departments
  • Work closely with the internal department to gather necessary documentation

Job Requirements:

  • RN or LPN degree
  • Prefer a knowledge of insurance companies
  • Clinical experience

Accounts Receivable Billing Office Clerk

As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Office Clerk will be responsible for submitting paper and electronic claims to insurance companies, as well as following up on claims submitted.

Account Receivable (AR) Billing Office Clerk Duties:

  • Maintain up-to-date billing system, generate and send out electronic and paper UB-04/HCFA-1500 forms
  • Follow up on, collect & allocate insurance payments
  • Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Research & resolve payment discrepancies
  • Generate account age analysis
  • Review AR aging to ensure compliance
  • Maintain AR customer files and records
  • Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
  • Process credit card payments
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Investigate & resolve patient queries
  • Communicate with patients via phone, mail, or personally
  • Assist with month-end closing

Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Office Clerk Requirements:

  • Knowledge of accounts receivables, office administration and procedures
  • Relevant computer software, regulatory standards & compliance requirements
  • Previous medical insurance collections experience
  • Excellent math abilities
  • Basic spreadsheet & word processing knowledge
  • Refined verbal & written communication skills
  • Minimum of HS Diploma and Associates Degree in Bus Admin preferred

Nuclear Medical Technologist

The Nuclear Medical Technologist prepares, administers, and measures radioactive isotopes in therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies using a variety of radioisotope equipment. Also prepares stock solutions of radioactive materials and calculates doses to be administered.

Job Duties:

  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals or radiation intravenously to detect or treat diseases using radioisotope equipment under the direction of a physician
  • Detect and map radiopharmaceuticals in patients' bodies using a camera to produce photographic or computer images
  • Produce a computer-generated image for interpretation by a physician
  • Calculate, measure, and record radiation dosage or radiopharmaceuticals received, used, and disposed of using a computer and following the physician's prescription
  • Perform quality control for all equipment required by the ACR and NRC for compliance
  • Maintain and calibrate radioisotope and laboratory equipment
  • Properly dispose of radioactive materials and store radiopharmaceuticals following radiation safety procedures.
  • Adhere to Radiation Safety standards
  • Process cardiac function studies using a computer
  • Prepare stock radiopharmaceuticals adhering to safety standards that minimize radiation exposure to workers and patients
  • Record and process results of procedures
  • Provide nuclear medicine safety information and lectures to patients and families to ensure thorough understanding of procedure protocols
  • Supervise and mentor radiology students that come through the nuclear medicine department
  • Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures and imaging tests as prescribed. Determine proper technique and position to ensure optimal results in accordance with all applicable standards and procedures
  • Perform regular equipment calibration and maintenance in accordance with established instructions. Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions to ensure continuous proper safe operations. Report service needs and preventable maintenance issues as appropriate.
  • Perform miscellaneous job related duties as requested
  • Participate in the evaluation and development of new procedures and protocols for imaging sequences and quality improvement initiatives. Proactively evaluate practices and assist to create and implement changes to increases and enhance the effectiveness of methods under the direct supervision of a physician and a radiologist.


Job Requirements:

  • ACR and NRC experience preferred
  • Prefer X-Ray and CT experience
  • Successful completion of a NMTCB or ARRT program (Required)
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (Required)
  • Current Wyoming Board of Radiologic Technologist license (Required)

Certified Nurse Assistant

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assists patients with activities of daily living, providing basic care to patients and assisting in the maintenance of a safe, clean environment.

Certified Nursing Assistant Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrates the ability to provide clerical support and receptionist duties to enhance delivery of patient care when needed
  • Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance
  • Demonstrates skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with others
  • Must possess extremely strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely fast paced environment requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to change

Infection Control RN

Job Duties:

  • Identify and report communicable diseases of patients and personnel in accordance with HFAP and CMS Standards
  • Creation of reports for review by the CNO
  • Create and implement new processes for Infection Control
  • Educate and mentor staff
  • Monitor compliance and reporting to the CDC

Infection Control Nurse (RN) Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with CDC and NHSN reporting
  • Possess expert computer skills, including full suite of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • BLS and ACLS certification within 6 months of employment
  • Knowledge of HFAP, CMS, and WY State Regulations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Quality Net
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an unencumbered Wyoming license
  • Investigate, manage and conduct surveillance of suspected and confirmed outbreaks of infection
